Managing an effective oral communication

Communication is a process where information is channeled from the sender to a receiver via some form of medium. During the process where the receiver decodes the message, the receiver will interprets the message according to his/her own perception that can be largely influenced from one life experience and educational level which inclusive of the way how the sender sent out the message.

Oral communication is a process which is always mis-interpreted due to various external influencing factors such as tone of voice, choice of words and environmental conditions etc.

Hence, to overcome above mentioned oral communication failure and minimise the negative outcome, I introduced the 4 theories for Principle of Effective Oral Communication Management. In summary, it consists:

2) Personal Acceptance

3) Analysis (Positive Perception)

4) Effective Understanding
